Most projects start within two to four weeks of a signed contract, depending on current workload and material lead times. We will give you a real date up front instead of a vague "soon".

Yes. We know which Orange County city and county building departments to deal with, and we submit the paperwork and attend the inspections. HOA documentation in planned communities is included.

Absolutely. A large part of what we do are 1960s to 1980s homes in places like Anaheim, Garden Grove and the older parts of Laguna. We expect to find surprises and we price them honestly so you are not blindsided.

A deposit to schedule the job, progress draws tied to completed stages of work, and a final draw after you sign off on the punch list. We never ask for the full balance up front.
