We are not a franchise and we are not a lead broker. When you call, Doug answers. When you have a question at 4pm, you text a number that a human reads. When something on your project is not right, you call us back and we come back.

Do you take service calls?
Yes. Service calls of any size are welcome — a single job that cannot wait, or the beginning of something much bigger. Call (951) 254-5436 at any hour and a person answers, not a call centre.
Do you offer free estimates?
Yes. Estimates, site visits and consultations are completely free and carry no obligation. If you decide not to move forward with us, there is nothing to pay and nothing to sign.
Are you available nights and weekends?
Yes. We are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, so if something cannot wait until Monday morning, call us and we will talk it through. Doug answers the phone himself.
Are you really family owned?
Yes. It is a father and son operation. Doug has worked in construction his entire life and still works every job himself. When you call, you are calling us, not a sales department.
How soon can you start?
Most projects start within two to four weeks of a signed contract, depending on current workload and material lead times. We will give you a real date up front instead of a vague "soon".
Do you handle permits?
Yes. We know which Orange County city and county building departments to deal with, and we submit the paperwork and attend the inspections. HOA documentation in planned communities is included.
